Cayman Islands Tortuga Rum Cake The world renowned Tortuga Rum cakes is baked daily in Grand Cayman using a special premium five year old Tortuga Gold Rum. This special Tortuga Gold blend is tapped directly from aging oak barrels and used exclusively for the production of Tortuga Rum Cakes and not available to the public. The recipe is over one hundred years old and has been passed down from mother to daughter throughout the years. It is a great family tradition!!!

Each cake is individually hand-glazed, heat sealed and vacuum packed. This gives the cakes a shelf life of six months and allows them to keep indefinitely if refrigerated or frozen.
