Shipping:
Rona ships via UPS. Rates given at time of checkout are based on weight and location (zip code) by UPS.

International Orders:
Please note that at this time we do not ship to addresses outside of the United States (except Canada)

Ordering:
Any orders received by Rona after 11am Eastern will be processed the following business day. If you have expedited shipping and submit the order after 11am Eastern, please give us a call and we will do everything we can to process your order ASAP.

Returns:
We have been in business for over 15 years upholding quality and service. Sometimes you can just make a mistake ordering or we can just make a mistake on fulfilling...either way, we are here to make things right- just give us a call or simply send us an email. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on opened products

Gift Cards:
Ok, very important...if you do not put who the card is from, we can't either! Many surprises have been ruined this way so our policy is "to write exactly what you wrote".
